For all divisions:
Payment due in full by March 15th. After March 15th, payment is due in full upon receipt of your registration submission.
Once camp begins, anyone signing up week-by-week will be charged the weekly price regardless of if you attend the full session in the end. Enrollment for additional weeks must be approved by the Camp Director.
► Early Bird Special*
All applications received before November 15th will receive a $200 discount for a full summer session or $25 discount weekly with a minimum of 4 weeks. (The early bird special excludes toddler registration). Payment in full is due by Monday, December 16.
► Group Discounts*
Group discounts are for groups of 5 - 15 New Campers ONLY. Payment in full is due within four weeks of submitting an application.
$50 off per camper attending 4 weeks or more.
$100 off per camper attending full summer.
*These discounts do not apply to campers in our toddler group.
► Sibling discounts*
Sibling discounts are for campers attending the full summer ONLY.
$50 off the second sibling applying.
$100 off the third sibling applying.
*These discounts do not apply for toddlers or campers receiving financial assistance. Discounts may be combined.

► Tuition Refund Policy
Tuition is due in full by March 15th. After March 15th, payment is due in full upon receipt of your registration submission. If we do not receive your payment by the due date, your child's spot cannot be held any further.
Through April 15th, refunds will be the full payment minus a $250 non-refundable fee.
Through May 13th, refund will be 50% of the full payment.
After May 13th, no refund will be issued.
